Who is moving clubs for fall 2019?

I know tryouts have started so just checking to see if anyone is definitely changing clubs?

I am fairly certain my DD is staying where she is. We have visited other clubs practices and it does not seem different or better. I don’t like a lot of things about our current club and coach but it is super convenient.

Anyone else?

I’m not sure why any of this would matter to you? Why would you care whether or not people are changing clubs if they aren’t a part of your kids team.

The reason that poster replied the way they did is the number of trolls on this board. Whole thread last have been created and manipulated to troll clubs. Just read the top threads for a taste.

When your son/daughter is 22 and is looking for a job after college, it won't matter which soccer team they were on in 4th grade.

I was going to, because I felt that my son's coach could not maintain discipline over the kids, but I feel like he has made a change and that things have improved, so we are staying where we are.

I'm not trashing you, but this is the problem with travel soccer. Most of us talk about coming and going before tryouts even start. It should be ID the teams first, tryout, offer made/not, and them decide. Wish clubs would actually do a real tryout and not just take the kids from the previous year and add a few. We use to be in a club in LA and the tryout scouts were not connected to the coach/team directly. They would just group the kids into the levels, no favoritism, all had to work to earn/reearn their spots.

OP, you and DD should go elsewhere now. Your dislike for your current club and coach will fester and become toxic very quickly. The convenience will never win out on the regret.
