| I'm desperately trying to connect with VEC so I can re-activate my online account to pay household employer/employee unemployment withholding. I've tried all the phone numbers and no one answers and no one returns messages. It's making my nuts and I'm not late for a payment -which of course has a fee! TIA! |

It is basically impossible. They do not return messages or else the voice mail box is full. It is ridiculous.
I think I managed to get to a human last year after calling numbers other than the employer one. Try several different VEC lines. See if you can get them to transfer you to a person or get an email but make sure they are not giving you the info on what is SUPPOSED to be the contact details for employers as that is a black hole. Sorry. |
