What would you do in my situation?

I’ve been TTC for over a year. 2 miscarriages, 1 D&C. No explanation for either. Would you start exploring other options? If so, what? IUI?

Have you had any diagnostic testing? If not. I would start there. You may not be a good candidate for IUIs. I was not. So went straight to IVF.

Can't answer here about what other options to explore without a lot more detail. I would definitely get one or two RE consults though and see what options they recommend exploring, starting with comprehensive testing.

Has your partner had a semen analysis?

How old are you? That's the most important question. I probably wouldn't go to an RE if you've gotten pregnant twice in a year. Getting pregnant doesn't seem to be your problem. I would keep trying naturally but if you have another loss, get a D&C and get the fetal tissue tested.

Have you been tested for blood clotting factors and an immune panel?
