I was diagnosed and treated for endometritis before my FET. I was fortunate to have it go away after 2 weeks of doxycycline 2x a day, but I found some interesting stats while I was obsessing over this that may be helpful:
1. I don't have the exact study pulled up, but one recent one showed 92% of cases fully-eliminated with 2 weeks of doxycycline. 99.1% of cases with a second round of antibiotics. So odds are very, very good that the second round does it for you.
2. "the endometritis cure rate was 100%, the researchers reported online January 24 in Fertility and Sterility. The subsequent cumulative live-birth rate was 88% (21 of 24 women) for those treated for chronic endometritis compared with 74% (180 of 244 women) for those without chronic endometritis." So basically being diagnosed and treated for CE led to a higher live birth rate than that of women who have never had it at all.
The second round of antibiotics should fix the problem and your uterus will be in great shape for the transfer when it does.
