Best organic (pet/kid safe) weed killer

We recently moved and lost our awesome organic lawn service that would hand weed. Everyone -- and I do mean everyone -- down here uses RoundUp, which I am completely opposed to. Landscapers will not hand weed, but will spray something I provide. Nothing seems to have very good reviews -- any recs?

Hand weed yourself. Put the kids to work doing it with you. It's not hard.

We don't have that time. 2 working parents, 2 young kids, and a terminally ill grandparent. Either we pay or we live in the ramshackle house.
