08 teams looking for goalies?

| Does anybody know of a specific 08 team in need of a GK? Since so many tryouts overlap, we’d like to focus on clubs/teams that seem to have a GK position to fill. We don’t particularly care about a top-ranked team, just that we find a team that will be a positive experience. We’d prefer Montgomery County but will drive for the right fit. |

Bethesda needs goalies. They have a goalie coach for the younger girls so may want to ask to meet with him as well as the team coach.

| Only a couple of 08 boys are goalie only players. I would reach out to the Bethesda age group coordinator to get more info. |

This would be a good conversation to have on the girls side as well.... From what I've seen, there are few teams with girls who actually want to play goalie (a big change from what I saw several years back with my older daughter's age group, when there were 3-4 at times who shared responsibilities and weren't sad about it.) |
