Teacher appreciation week in May or end of semester gift in June, which one?0

I have a preschooler 4 year old. And, the daycare she attends look like not talking about /bringing up teacher appreciation week, and there is no pta something like that. Should I give gift on teacher appreciation week in early May or end of semester gift in mid-June. I believe my little one is going to have a new teacher in summer class. And, gift card is okay, right? As much as Christmas gift or less?

If they don't recognize it in May, just wait until the end of the year. Gift card is fine. I give same as Christmas gift amount.

Have your 4 year old draw her a picture for teacher appreciation. Gift card in June before she turns over to new teacher.
