Travel Teams in DC/EOTP?

Am I looking for a unicorn? Are there any travel teams for young ones (U8 and U10) that don't involve the slog across Rock Creek Park or a bridge to Maryland or Virginia? How do people make these 430pm practices happen with two working parents for other leagues?
