How much do you pay a responsible teenager to watch 2 boys for 4 to 5 hours on a saturday night?

We pay our neighbor's daughter $10/hour for our three kids, who are 5, 7 and 10 years old.

$10 per hour to start.

Offer to pick up teen and drop off at end of night, too. If you're gone for only 4 hours but you booked for 5, pay for 5.

And it never hurts to add a really nice tip, esp if the bbsitter performed a nice extra like doing your dishes or putting away kids' toys...

It depends on the age of the teenager babysitter and the children she is babysitting. I would not pay the same rate for a 15 yo that I pay for my 19 yo babysitter. It costs more to babysit babies and toddlers than school age as far as I can tell.
