Dog Walkers on Howard University's Campus

So white folks have been walking their dogs on Howard's campus (ie, letting them pee and poop), much to the dismay of students and faculty, since there are 2 dog parks in the vicinity of Howard. Ok, now that was a thing that you can either agree or disagree with, but then the white guy interviewed said that if Howard doesn't like it, they should move the campus. The campus has been there since 1867, but they should move their PRIVATE institution. Remember, white folks were terrified to be anywhere near Howard 10 years ago.

This on the back of the folks wanting the Metro PCS store to stop playing gogo. That didn't go well either.
