Starting Femara & Trigger Shot

I have PCOS and have been TTC off and on for 2 years. We recently went to the RE and got all of our tests done. Everything looks great, except for not ovulating. Does anyone have experience with Femara? Do you think we have a good shot? We’re both 28 years old.
