Tired of hearing about this one, too. Not to say that it's not horrible but ALL the files should be released, not just the ones convenient for the GOP and their associates, titans of industry.

If you think these stories are made up, how do you explain the consistency among stories? Do you really think hundreds of young women separately decided to make up these stories of being trafficked as a child, implicating the same powerful men? Many of which are not even household names. And if these women were not on these properties when they said they were, this would be provable in many cases, such as school and work attendance records.

I believe anyone who mentioned the name Ghislaine because the name is too unusual to be an accident.

I remember Dan Ariely because I really liked one of his books in the early 2000s and was surprised when he was later accused of fabricating data in his studies. I just looked up an article* on those controversies, and it randomly mentioned that Ariely had “tea with Prince Andrew.” Because, of course he did.

I think one of the other posters makes a good point about not getting distracted by the smaller fish in the pond and staying focused on the political decision makers who deserve consequences for their bad acts. But I can’t help but be fascinated by the way that these guys (and some women) all knew one another and supported one another and gave each other professional boosts.
