Just think of if instead of continuing to deal coke, he had just used a few mil to buy up a bunch of blocks of rowhouses in Trinidad. He would be sitting pretty! I wonder what he'll think of property values ... |

"Prosecutors say Edmond began cooperating with the government in 1997 and continued through 2014"
Life expectancy after release < 3 months. |

Perhaps the biggest single source of DC gentrifiers' housing wealth?
Well, him and James Earl Ray. |
| Another sign that DC seems to be returning to “Barry time” |
| We shall see.... My guess ... low key. |
Pffffft, you obviously know nothing about Rayful Edmond OR the criminal justice system |
| This guy is a legend. I honestly think he could do a lot of good if he channels his intelligence for a good cause. |
This right here. |
Me too. If he was white UMC he would be a CEO right now. |
His cooperation was probably wrt the Colombians right? |
He WAS a CEO. Of a 200 million dollar organization. At 22. Just because his business and market were illegal doesn't negate his executive experience. Extralegal businesses are still businesses. Outside of the product they manufactured and distributed, there is very little difference between his drug ring and any other type of business competing in an aggressive market. |
Are you dense? Lol. That’s exactly what the PPs were saying. Come on. |
| I have to agree that I don’t see him living for long after release. I’m sure he knows that the DC area will not be an option. |
|
What a sad situation. Man destroyed a city and ruined lives and because he cooperated they're considering him for early release.
What the hell else was he going to do? He already turned states evidence to keep his mother out of jail. Let him rot. |
|
He’s been in for how long? Over 30 years? He’s served enough time IMO. Rapist get less time and they force themselves on people.
