| Is there a difference between good pro walking sneakers and running sneakers? I think there is. But correct me if I am wrong. Know nothing about walking shoes but running probably have thinner sole in front for easier banding whereas walking have more support through the sole? Or something? Please experts, do share. |

Ha, after some research turns that there is a method to this madness. After all the walking and running shoes are not created equal and if you use one for both purposes .. :
When you walk, you impact the ground with 1.5 times your body weight; however, when you run, you impact the ground with 3 times your body weight.
