Symptoms of chemical?

If you had a chemical pregnancy what were the signs it was ending before bloodwork confirmed? I have started getting mild diarrhea and some lower back pain and am really worried.

Bleeding is pretty much the only symptom. If you are getting positive pregnancy tests and not bleeding then you’re still in the game.

I get those symptoms when pregnant OP. Nothing to be concerned about. There are basically no symptoms at that stage so wait for the bloodwork. Are lines getting darker on tests?

i used OPKs a lot (wondfos the most but also others) and i could tell from the lines that it was a chemical. i could also see MC.

On my chemicals I had faint positives but the lines would never get any darker.

None. Period was 2 days late. I wouldn't have known if I didn't test obsessively.

Same. I stopped testing to early because I had a few chemicals and those were disappointing and a late period wasn't. Its a mind trick for me I guess.

If I took PIO shots no signs of chemical bc was taking progesterone

Had some pregnancy like symptoms like sore boobs cramps but had those when I was pregnant also (3 kids all by ivf, and 4 chemical pregnancies)

Only way to tell was crappy low initial beta

Got period only after stopping progesterone

Thanks for all of the replies. It's looking like a chemical. I was able to get another beta today and it hasn't risen enough from the previous time.
