Trader Joes Chicken Skewers

I bought a box of the chipotle and a box of the bbq trader joes chicken skewers. I can do the frozen rice with the chipotle. What side works with the bbq? Baked potatoes?

I've never tried the skewers, but some sides that go with bbq are potatoes (baked or mashed), cole slaw, corn, baked beans.

I think it would be good with a salad of corn, black beans, diced tomato, bell pepper, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice (tho that's one of my favorite side salads so I think it goes with everything!).

A potato salad goes wonderfully with BBQ! Potato Salad and Baked beans go really well with BBQ! I grew up in Memphis...had a lot of BBQ! Or I LOVE the Alexia frozen potato products. The garlic fries would be yummy.
