Best on-line site for casual women's clothes???

I'm need some new pants, but have no time to go shopping. The usual sites I get clothes from (REI, Sierra Trading Post, sometimes LL Bean) don't have what I'm looking for. I'd like something slightly more urban and hip, but still casual and comfortable. Athleta seems nice, but their stuff is kind of pricey and the shipping costs are too much. Any suggestions for other sites that have good deals or free shipping?

haha... i was going to say athleta. if you look at their sale section and use a coupon code it's not TOO bad.

Gap stuff is pretty good -- I've gotten pants at Old Navy too. Not the highest quality, but for playing with the kids/walking the dog, etc. just fine. They have so many kinds of pants I sometimes order a few types/sizes and send back the ones I don't want.
