micro dermabrasion in arlington?

Trying to find a provider who has the diamond tip microderm. Anybody have any recs for a good derm with estatician who does this?

Also, any recs on non invasive laser treatment for age spots (so one without any recovery time etc--not one of the major laser procedures). Not sure what the right treatment is (my skin is not horrible, but do have some slight sun damage to treat).

I recently had IPL done. It has taken a full week to see results, but I am happy. I have two more treatments to go. The procedure evens out skin and gets rid of sun damage. No down time, although skin looks worse for a few days after.
