| My 2012 Honda Odyssey shudders quite a bit while braking. It's very annoying and I'm getting ready to replace the front rotors to hopefully deal with this issue. Now I wonder if the rear rotors should be replaced as well? Online it seems like most people only replace the fronts. |
| Depends on what kind of shape they're in. Front end brakes normally take much more of a beating. |

I consider the front and back separately. No need to do anything with the rear brakes if they are not a problem. Of course, if you are having someone you trust doing the work, have them inspect the rear brakes and make whatever repairs they expect to be needed in the next 6-12 months.
Fronts definitely do more braking and require more service. |
| Thank you PPs. I decided to buy the rear rotors as well and I'll change them if they look worn. Fingers crossed that this solves the issue. |
If you warped the first set of rotors, you'll probably warp the second too. Rotors don't really "look" worn. Measure them. |
