Did Hardy and Deal waitlist move any last year? Do I have a chance at any school with WL numbers in 20s and 30s?

If you were at Hardy 12:28 you would know that not everyone on the wait list is getting in as you have implied. They do want to maintain the diversity of the community - so even as the school grows with more IB families enrolling - I do expect them to continue to take OB from waitlist.
