MoCo boundary rezoning?

Anonymous
I'm sorry, I haven't been on this board in a while, what was the previous thread about people leaving MoCo to go to Frederick or NoVa all about because of rezoning? What is going on?

OP, read one of the 89 other threads. Seriously.

Where is the original source, where is the link to a MCPS page that gives the facts? Where does it say people will be bussed in or out of their neighborhood school?

+1 I think OP might be a troll. All you have to do is look at the MD school forum.

Yes when another thread doesn’t head in the direction they like, they start a new one.

Honestly though - you'd be surprised about how clueless most people are about this. I live in the boundary of the SV/NW/CHS study and my neighbors didn't even know about it.

Hi op,

Silver spring people are hiding in the bushes around your mansion just wanting to pounce and kidnap your "high performing" student for their schools

Or maybe they just don’t care or want to talk to you.

I am not the PP, but most parents in my school don't know details of boundary discussions and when you see 90 page thread with multiple discussions, some time you start a thread to ask a direct question. We should refrain from calling poster troll unless it's clear from post that they are trolling.

I doubt that they don't know about it because if they have kids in MCPS, MCPS sends out emais, flyers about this study. In the last few months, I have received so many emails, flyers about meetings, meetings cancellations, survey etc... there's no way they don't know about it. They're probably not as hysterical as you might be.
