CU Boulder Notification?

Has anyone been notified yet for regular decisions? Seems late, and DD is anxious. Just wondering if it they really do wait until last minute since every other school has sent out decisions, or if she should email admissions counselor and see if there is a tech problem or something.

I just looked on college confidential and t looks like people received notification on March 28 and 29. I assume you know to check the portal.
