The site says:

Why Can't I Sell My Tickets?
Sell is not currently available, please check again later.

I get the impression that you will be able to sell them once the presales are over.

How are people selling them on StubHub?

I'm just thinking it must not be legit on SH if TM isn't allow sales.

i guess im just a mere mortal w/o any of the above golden tickets to the chocolate factory

Try to crowd source and see if you can find someone who will sell the ticket to you at face value--they may have initially bought tickets they didn't want and scored better ones and are willing to sell their tickets at prices that are not crazy.

In other words, for today, if a family has one capital one card, can two people simultaneously try to get tickets using the same ticketmaster account and credit card? Thank you!

I did the presale yesterday and would suggest not using the same account on 2 different computers. Just use two diff accounts but the same card. There were rumors yesterday that ppl were getting kicked out for having the same account open on more than one browser. I did not and was successful but honestly think it comes down to luck and when you’re let into the ticket sale. Maybe cap one will be diff.

It's not luck. You can't have your account open on multiple tabs, browsers or anywhere else. You also should not use copy and paste as the system might think you're a bot and kick you out. Always best to manually type everything out.

It was pure luck during the presale. If you were trying to purchase around 11am, the codes suddenly stopped working so people got error messages even though they were using valid codes and sent to the back of the line. If you were like me and still waiting and got in after that cluster had been fixed around 1pm, you got lucky. if you got sent to the back of the line and tried to get back in to purchase around 4pm, tickets were all sold out. timing was everything and it came down to luck.

There were so many predatory ticket brokers jamming the system.

My other tip would be to consider if you're willing to buy tickets to a different city (Cincy, Denver, KC) than Philly/Pitt/NJ. I think Capital One presale is going to be even harder than yesterday since access is much wider although they may have more selection of tix.

Taylor isn’t personally overseeing ticketmaster presale. Ticketmaster is bad. Monopolies are bad and should be broken up.

Please she is in on this racket

+100000. People are crazy if they think Taylor actually cares. It's all about making money. If she really cared she would have made sure Ticketmaster was the only place you could re-sale.

I agree she probably doesn't care but how does she make money from this? If I spent $500 on nosebleeds from a reseller, I'd probably end up spending less on merchandise at the concert then.

She’s working in that. I bet you can buy a special light up stick at the show if you jump through a million hurdles.

It's called marketing. Many people that could not buy yesterday or even just seeing the hype will feel like they missed out. It will lead to people making crazy sacrifices to buy her $8k tickets and the seats will be filled by any means necessary. Artists need to fill seats. The stadiums will be filled even if people have to pay $15k for a floor seat. The FOMO is real. This is a ultimately a business and a very good one.

Watch her stream numbers plummet. I bet there a hundreds of thousands who can’t stomach her for a while.

Any tips today? I can’t say I fully understand how to access the capital one presale. I see links on her website but they don’t direct me to Ticketmaster. I was one of the broken code people yesterday so already feel doomed.

I'd still buy from SH; they guarantee all of their tickets

Ticketmaster is doing variable pricing and she gets a cut

I am not a Swiftie, but I feel so bad for those who are struggling to get these tickets. This is ridiculous.
