It looks like the northeast npl league with a new name.

It is ECNL2.
Clubs A teams will play in ECNL
Clubs B teams will play in ECNL Regional League (ECNL2)

Yes, it was a renaming of the NPL Northeast league.

Yes, it was a renaming of the NPL Northeast league.

+1 We were told from our club that the B team will pay in the ECNL regional league against the other B teams in ECNL so the second tier of ECNL (don't know about renaming).

The current league for the b teams is now called northeast npl. Those teams will still all compete but next year it will be called ecnl regional league. Who knows what the name will be the year after that. One season at a time for the girls soccer tornado.
