chevy chase elementary or north chevy chase elementary?

I'm a bit confused. I heard that the gifted children from Somerset Elementary go on to study at the magnet program
at Chevy Chase Elementary School. Is this true or is it North Chevy Chase. Sorry if this is a silly question. I'm a newbie.
