Travel Discussion
| I have never traveled there. Considering with two children 3 and 6. Ideas of where to stay? We prefer nice resorts with everything there but not all inclusive. |

Look at Cap Cana.
http://www.capcana.com/site/index.php/en/home It is minutes from the airport. World class golf, tennis and restaurants. We went in the low season and rented a villa on VRBO. The area is fairly new so they are still working on it but we were never disturbed by construction. |
| Hello, im Dominican and can tell you that CAPCANA is great also you can try CASA DE CAMPO is amaizing and get ready to enjoy and dance MERENGUE AND SALSA you and your family will have a fantastic vacation. |
I just looked at Casa De Campo and it looked great for families! Thanks for the recommendation. |
| Capcana looks great but no kids club? |
| I am not sure whether or not Cap cana has a kids club. I do believe they have nannies for hire there. The truth of it is we have never used a kids club anywhere we have traveled. I have found that if you give your child a bucket and a shovel and put them on the beach they pretty much entertain themselves...haha! |
I am usually not big on all inclusive resort style vacations, but I did Casa de Campo and had a great time there. I did a lot of riding and beach/swimming and was pleased. It was really nice to basically not have to do/plan anything. Was there w/o kids, so can't speak to that. We went w/a family group and requested 3 adjoining rooms. When we checked in, they couldn't do the adjoining rooms, so they upgraded us to a private villa for the week. It was fabulous. |
