Not near Bethesda (that I know of). If I were to get another piercing for my kids, or myself, the only place I'd go is Brilliance Piercing in Fairfax: https://www.brilliancepiercing.com/ Jen is wonderful, and her professionalism and technique are worth the drive, IMO. Go to a professional, not a kiosk. Do it right once.
