4 year old has apraxia and autism

My 4 year old son has both apraxia (diagnosed months ago) & autism (diagnosed today). I forget where I get this, but I remember someone says that his apraxia is highly chance due to his autism diagnosis, not the other way around. Is it true? I don't know how severe he is on the spectrum, but I can tell that he has some social delay, cannot communicate/respond/react well with kids of his ages. He is recommended ABA 25-30 hours per week by the diagnosis report.

He currently has IEP, but not in any PEP preschool program. I want to know what will happen once I notify his IEP teacher (speech therapist) regarding his autism diagnosis? Will they change his services or call for a IEP re-evaluation meeting? And, anyone has recommendation for ABA service provider in Montgomery county area? And, how useful is ABA services treating for social delay? I think 25-30 hours are too much hours, and I wonder how can working parents manage to work around their work schedules?

If he has apraxia he need multiple day a week speech therapy with a therapist who specializes in apraxia or prompt.

You need to provide the report to your case manager and request an IEP meeting in light of having new information
