Favorite on the go healthy snacks?

I recently started a new job with a schedule that doesn't allow for a real lunch break, and I am looking for healthy, filling snacks I can eat in the car/on a quick break to tide me over between breakfast and dinner. Things that don't need to be refrigerated or heated are ideal. Would love to hear any favorites or things to steer clear of - I've tried a few bars and they have been really hit or miss.

I eat a lot of apples.

My husband had days where he doesn’t get a lunch break with back to back meetings - I make roast nuts with spices like rosemary walnuts, curry cashews, cumin lime pecans, coco dusted almonds. Then I mix them with dried fruit and/or pretzels or crackers to make a snack mix.

Banana. Raisins, cashews and almonds mixture. Cheese stick. Yogurt. Peanut butter sandwich.

OP here - I love the spiced nut idea, will have to try!
