On iPhones it tells you average daily screen time. What is yours? Mine is almost four hours, which seems extremely high. I need to spend less time on my phone!

I have an iPhone 6S, so it’s older. It’s in the most recent software update. It’s under settings by Sounds & Do Not Disturb.

Mine ranges from 2.5-3 hours, most of which occurs during my 1 hour long commute one way each day.
