Split albums on iPhone- how to deal?

| Some of my albums are split into two on my iPhone. I do not have iTunes on a computer, so any managing of music is done on my phone. I've only found info on how to correct this in iTunes on a computer, but not on a phone only. Does anyone know how to deal with this? |
