Credit at Wilson for Language studied at Deal

Can someone please remind me how many credits, if any, Wilson students get for languages studied at Deal?

Credit for Levels 1 and 2, 7th and 8th grades I thought

I think it is 2 credits (one for 7th grade and one for 9th grade). And I think the work done at Deal satisfies the graduation requirement for DCPS (my DC has a friend who isn't doing a language at Wilson based on this).

However, most colleges want to see 2 years of a language in high school.

Yes, language at Deal counts toward Wilson graduation requirements, but Wilson graduation requirements are lower than admission requirements at many colleges. You can actually complete Wilson's requirements in three years, but if you plan to attend a four-year college, you need to do more.
