Christmas in Hershey

Anonymous
We are taking our sons (7, 4 & 2) for a day-trip to Christmas in Hershey. We've never been to Hershey Park and are hoping to hear tips about what to do/not to do/where to eat/etc. on one-day trips to the park. Also, has anyone gone to Christmas in Hershey before and have any specific advice for the seasonal event?

Thank you in advance!!

Haven't done Christmas in Hershey, but we took our 4 year old on a day trip there this summer. It should be really great for your 7 and 4 year olds, there's tons for them to ride. There's plenty for the 2 year old, but it's a big park (MUCH bigger than Dutch Wonderland) and a LOT of walking in between areas. Definitely look at a park map beforehand and try to plan out what rides you definitely want to do.

One other piece of advice - don't try to ride the rides at the front of the park first. These are SUPER crowded at opening time, because they are the first rides everyone sees. Pick a different area and walk there first, then I'd say go around the park and end up at the front part, since you have to leave through there anyway.
