I really don't understand why or how a judge comes to this decision. I wish we could get more context on how this happens. Is there some sort of rule that forces the judge to do this? If so, we need it to change.

No Democrats I know in MoCo want abusers like this man on the streets.

Liberal judges constantly let people accused of attempted murder out as well. They are pro criminal

Anyway, the incidents allegedly occurred back in 2013. Bail may be really low because there isn’t much evidence. And he no longer has contact with the victim. He also has no prior record.

it took years for people to find out about the ms13 child prostitution ring in Montgomery county, story which broke only a couple months ago only when one customer pled guilty . The county suppresses these stories for as long as they can

how do you search their name if you don’t know their name?

You can only search cases by name and case number. Unless you know those you can’t search for them. The county decides when you find out the name of the accused

"Montgomery County District Court Judge John Moffett released Sagastume-Gonzalez on an unsecured personal bond, meaning the accused child molester did not have to put down any money before walking out of jail. Someone did, however, have to sign a document promising to pay $10,000 should Sagastume-Gonzalez go on the run. Sagastume-Gonzalez was also ordered to turn in all travel documents and refrain from spending time with children unless supervised by another adult.
According to court documents, Sagastume-Gonzalez was born in Guatemala, but has lived in the U.S. for at least six years. He currently resides with his wife and child"

The 6 years are the period since the alleged abuse? The US doesn't know how long he's been in this country? Are travel documents relevant and what are they?
