I’m scheduled with a genetic counselor at 11 weeks 3 days but don’t see that I’m scheduled for cell free dna test yet. What week did you have yours done if over 35?
I was just told to go to the lab around 10 weeks to get my blood drawn. But I have Kaiser so the doctor just puts in the order and you go to one of their labs in on your own time. I think you can pretty much do the NIPT any time after 10 weeks.

11+1. Age 36.
I did mine before my NT scan because I wanted to know how the baby was doing, as well as fetal sex. |
11 weeks. Have you had any blood drawn since you started seeing someone for this pregnancy? Are you SURE that the NIPT wasn't being done with that blood in addition to other things?
I had a draw at 8 weeks and I’m sure they didn’t do nipt then |
At my 12 week appointment. Though I believe that as long as you’re relatively confident of your dates, it can be done as soon as 10 weeks.
12 weeks for all three kids
11 weeks for both kids. With the first one, we had a meeting with the genetic counselor before the test where they just went over what they were looking for, likelihood of instances of the different trisomnies. I was 34 at that time (35 when gave birth).
I had a blood draw for it at my 12 week appointment. They did the NT scan at the same time.
You can do it starting at 10 weeks with most laboratories. Perhaps if you call the GC in advance, they could have it drawn in advance of your appointment?
10+1.

Had the results back before 11 weeks. My MFM did say there was a slightly increased chance of having inconclusive results by having the draw on the early side. |
11 weeks
Ok apparently I’m scheduled for it at 11.5 weeks. Do I need the nuchal scam too?
10 weeks NIPT, 13 weeks nuchal (has to be done in 12-14)
