Second round of the mist

Do you think of you (or DC) got some cold symptoms from the mist, that they'd be less with the second dose, presumably bc you have some immunity now? My doc says she doesn't know, but I am wondering if we're gearing up for round 2 of feeling a little crappy for a couple days or will it be mollified a bit. Thoughts?
