Proceed with FET with large ovarian cyst?

Obviously if it’s causing my E2 levels to be elevated, we won’t proceed. But I’m wondering what you would do if you had a cyst at the beginning of an FET (doctor says proceed if hormone levels are fine, but ultimately up to me).. I’ve had one rupture before and it’s horribly painful and certainly wouldn’t want that to happen while pregnant. I also know they can take months to go away and I don’t especially want to wait.

What would you do?

I would do what my doctor suggests and proceed if all looks good.

Can your doctor aspirate the cyst? I had one and was anxious to start a cycle. The doctor drained it without anesthesia. It was definitely uncomfortable and I took a day off work because of cramping. I felt like it was worth it for me.

My doctor used some sort of vaginal ultrasound wand with a needle in it.

I had a cyst but it wasn't large. I have endometriosis and the cyst went away during my pregnancy.
