So, 400 DOJ lawyers are so incompetent they can't read or scan fast enough to release the files. Bull. The ONLY redactions should be the names of the girls/women who are the survivors of these millionaire and billionaire rapists!

think they're busy shredding the files, not redacting them.

Maybe, but since we’ve yet to see this administration do anything competently I’d be willing to bet that it could all be reconstructed by a ten year old once we get the country back.

Who could release them?

If law is inconsistently applied, why can’t folks just disregard the NDs?

I don't know much about the law. However, I think the "secret agreements" were payoffs to the victims from the perpetrators.
That is given as one of the reasons Acosta did the plea with Epstein--the witnesses were bailing. Without witnesses, you have no case.

I am not saying this is true, but it sort of makes sense.

Just a reminder about who supports this administration.

Former Aberdeen, WA City Councilor Riley T. Carter was sentenced to a minimum of 46½ years in prison after a jury convicted him June 6 of three counts of child r*pe, four counts of inc*st, and one count of child mol*station. The judge also ordered no contact with the victim and the victim’s family issued powerful statements in court about the betrayal they suffered.

Carter aligned himself with the MAGA movement and posted an image of himself with red “MAKE P3DOPHILES AFRAID AGAIN” hat.
