Uh, if you go in with a boo boo, a doctor doesn't have to be the one who kisses it. The nurses' kisses work just as well.

There is a rapid diagnostic test for Malaria. Make sure you get it. If you have Malaria, believe me, they’ll bring the doctors!

Maybe there is “mild malaria” but when I had it I was so sick I thought I was going to die. Sky high fever, non stop teeth chattering chills and every joint in my body was in pain. OP doesn’t sound this sick.

It’s true. I was worried for her when she posted two days ago - but if it was Malaria or dengue or typhoid she’d know by now!
