Any inputs about my final list?
DC Bilingual Stokes (Spanish) Stokes (French) MV P st MV brookland Inspired teaching Lee breakthrough YuYing/ El Haynes / Creative Minds (which one do you prefer) Capital City Whittier (Way to work) Langley Do you think I should consider any other school worth considering or should rearrange my list? I also toured school within school which I liked a lot but the commute is in opposite direction for me. Do you think its worth putting it on the list? |

Do you really have little preference as to what language your child does immersion in? You are doing Span/Span/Fra/Span/Span/maybe Mandarin. I think you should think seriously about what language you are hoping to support, unless you really are in it just for the cognitive benefits, in which case maybe add Sela (and go with YY from your group). For us, we decided the sacrifices involved in immersion education are worth it for Spanish, but no other languages. Also, don't do SWS--that commute would be crazy. |
