I think it is all priority groups and they are just saying that they DO have shots for kids 36 months and under.
Of course, my son is sick. He was sick during the last Arlington Clinic. He's going to be pissed because I promised him he would get his shot this week and we failed to find one at CVS (I don't know a 3 year old is insisting - lollipop maybe?) |

From Arlington website (its buried under several clicks)
Who should come to these first clinics? The first shipments of H1N1 vaccine have arrived in Arlington County. These shipments arrived in small amounts and are being dedicated to individuals in priority groups. Our current community outreach efforts focus on the priority groups identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These include: Pregnant women Those caring for children younger than 6 months of age Persons 6 months to 24 years of age Persons 25 to 64 years of age with chronic medical or immunosuppresive conditions Healthcare workers and EMS staff with direct patient care duties We expect to have a larger supply of vaccine later this fall and we will be able to provide it to anyone who wants it. |
