Progesterone to bring on period...and no period

| Has this happened to anyone else? Took ten days on oral progesterone to bring on a period. 7 days later...still no period (and really sore boobs). This happen to anyone else? What gives?? This is after my body decided to not ovulate for a natural FET....grrrrrrrr |

| I had this happen and it was not a good outcome (Primary Ovarian insufficiency diagonsis). Hoping you have better news than I did and a positive HPT! |

| I think it can take up to 10 days to come, and even spotting counts, but yes I have had thay. It ended up being high prolactin. Before they figured that out, they thought it might be hypothalamic amenorea. But just call your ob/gym or RE and they will probably bring you in for blood work. |

| Happened to me. I ended up needing IVF to get pregnant. This was my first clue there was an issue. |

| OP here- thanks for your responses. Period ended up coming 10 days after the end of taking progesterone so we’re ready to try again with this next cycle. |
