what time do you wake up?

What time does everyone wake up? I've thought of getting up at 4:00am to try to "get ahead" on some personal goals but also know sleep is so important. So what time do you get up? Just curious. I usually am up by 6:00-6:30a.m.

Woke up at 5 this morning. Alarm was set for 6, but I knew I wouldn't get back to sleep. Went and hit the gym early.

I get up at 6, but if I got up earlier my mornings would be much less stressful! I've been sleeping good and not wanting to get out of bed

5:14 every weekday, whenever my DD gets up on the weekend. I often stay up until 11-11:30 working in the evening, so it never feels like enough.

I'm up at 6:30 and wake DS(2) at 6:45-7

I've tried getting up earlier to go to the gym & eat breakfast but it didn't work out. I'd much rather sleep. I skip breakfast most days but call it intermittent fasting.

I wake up at 7:30-8:00, unless I have an early morning flight or meeting (which is probably 2 days a week). I am not a morning person.

I get up at 6:30am for work. On the weekends I sleep until 8 and get DD (2.5) out of her crib at 8:30.

I don't use an alarm clock but just wait for my daughter to wake me up. She usually gets up at 8:30 (age 4). So that's when I start my day.

I get up at 6:30 for coffee and to make breakfast. I wake up 4 year old at 7 and 9 month old wakes at 7:30. Out the door for preschool by 8.

I wake up when DS (age 3) wakes up, which is between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m. He is an early riser, and I would not be productive if I got up any earlier than that, so i stay in bed until he wakes us!

530 am when my on wakes up. I have thoughts of getting up early to exercise, but waking up before 5 am seems cruel.

5:45 a.m. That gives me about 45 minutes to an hour to get ready, pack lunches, etc. before my kids get up.

7-8 on my mornings with the kids, 8:30-9:15 on my mornings without them (DH and i trade off).

I always have mixed feelings about this. I intellectually understand that it would be great to get up earlier and go exercise, but I just hate getting up early.
