Yes, the exterior shots are of a real house. But they don't actually film inside that house. It's a studio set. I know someone who works on the show. |

I love the house, I would live in it in a heartbeat. I love all the houses on the show though, it's like a small screen Nancy Meyers movie when it comes to architecture and interiors.

I ADORE it. Almost as much as I adore Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda. Brianna is in 4th place. It’s a good show when you love so many elements!
What cracks me up is that the decor is 99% Grace. But then there is a Buddha area and a hanging papasan chair so that we know Frankie lives there, too
