I like learning something--learning about the politics at the time of The Americans (and also it was fun), learning about the CIA and also following the terrorist's wife/family for Jack Ryan, and learning about Israeli/Palistinian situation in Fauda.
Obviously I know that Hollywood has taken liberties with it all, but I like being entertained to learn as I don't think I'd pick up a thick book to learn about these things. Speaking of thick books, though, I am reading that book on Churchill (surprisingly NOT dry for such a big book), and loved reading about Teddy Roosevelt (can't remember the book titles) So...what should I watch? It doesn't have to be new...just anything out there on Amazon Prime or Netflix. TIA! |
| The Patriot! Though it was more comedy. But also the Night Manager. It was really good. Someone on DCUM suggested it |
