iPhone how to turn off setting that has Siri read website out loud?

| Every once in a while I inadvertently tap something on my screen and Siri starts rambling off whatever is open on my iPhone. I can’t get her to shut up without shutting down and restarting my iPhone. Where is the setting where I can turn this setting off? |
