| I've heard it twice over the past week, but seems like fourth hand knowledge. I heard they have lost ground to St. John's, and have a limited market now Seems like a smart move, but is this accurate? |
| No. |
|
Are you kidding? Gonzaga has not lost any ground, is very popular, and continues to have far more applicants than spaces.
Signed, a person with no particular connection to the school and with no rising high school sons -- it's just a great school that well serves many kids |
| Yes. I've heard this. I thought the board of trustees were thinking of taking an initial vote? Did this happen? |
| Say it isn’t so! |
|
Exactly. |
| There is truth to the rumors! |
| Nope. |
LOL...Gonzaga gets just as many applications as SJC...and it is single sex. Imagine if it were co-ed...then they would get twice as many apps as SJC. No...Gonzaga will not be going coed anytime soon. |
| Perhaps the Baltimore Jesuit school will benefit as well... we can’t just have one all boys Catholic school ... sorry for discounting Saint Anselms and the Heights. But, they just don’t compare. |
| Gonzaga will go coed the day Landon begins accepting boys. |
|
Rude!!! Rivalries may be strong, but there are great guys at Landon. And, this whole post (if even legit) is a troll trying to push yield at either St. John’s or Prep. |
| Of course not - they disappoint hundreds of boys each year who they don’t have space for. |
