Afterschool Care in Chevy Chase

We live in Chevy Chase and my daughter will be going to kindergarten next year at Rosemary Hills or Rock Creek Forest. I'd love some advice on what to do about afterschool care. I'm open to different solutions including part-time nannies, specific afterschool programs, a la carte programs that provide transportation, etc.. I'd like for her to be able to do different activities and really be engaged after her regular school day.
