Anyone ever rented a villa here? Anything I should be aware of? They are really reasonable...makes me wary

Nassau isn't exactly the nicest town, just a handful of blocks with tourist/duty free shops with a slightly seedy atmosphere. And all of the big cruise ships do ports of call there, so at any given time there are hundreds of tourists walking around. So maybe the villa itself is perfectly nice, but it is just priced accordingly because of the town. But if you are near Atlantis, then it is a lot nicer. Maybe check out tripadvisor.com if you haven't already to see if anyone posted on the villa.
