The picture paints a thousand words. This, coupled with her "Do you know who I am?" stunt with the cops a while back make me think she has a problem.

I don't drink, so maybe I'm naive, but I don't know that she looks THAT drunk, to be honest.

She clearly was able to firmly catch the banister as she went down the stairs, there are also lots of photos of her walking around without help that night. She looked drunk, which many people would be after a good friend's birthday bash, but I don't know that she looks much worse beyond that.

She’s had a problem for two decades. But managed to skate by thanks to lawyers, friends in high places and being rich & beautiful. I think this would have been over a long time ago if she was drunk driving but she probably has a chauffeur 24/7.

She had children in her early twenties and was married. She clearly was responsible and sober in her youth. After her divorce and having raised her kids, she is finally free to party and have fun. Let her be!
